What is Build with Friends?
Build with Friends is a 30-day cohort where a small group of friends uses our Vertical Agent to launch small software businesses just for fun. You don't code, run the outreach, or build the website yourself – Vertical does the heavy lifting in between. All you do is give input for 15 minutes per day.
It's for people who keep saying "one day I'll start something" and want a structured month, real momentum, and friends going through the same thing — without quitting their job.
The shape of a cohort:
- 3–5 friends in a shared workspace
- One dedicated agent per person
- 30 days, with about 15 minutes of input from you per day
- A live website, real outreach, and a working product attempt — not a prototype in a slide deck
By day 30, you've each tested a real business idea in the market — and, often, talked to your first paying customers.
How does it work?
- We invite your cohort into a shared workspace
- Everyone gets their own Vertical Agent to work with
- Each day, around a time you pick, the agent shows you what it did and asks for input
- Then it gets back to work
What if I don't have an idea?
That is completely fine — this is part of the journey. You can enjoy the process while the agent helps you extract strong intentions from your own experience, your interests, and where profit might exist.
